摘要：从装配式公租房施工管理难题及BIM技术应用优势特点分析入手，深入阐释BIM技术在装配式公租房施工管理阶段的主要应用方面、具体应用过程和应用组织保障，并以北京市燕保·马驹桥家园项目为例进行实例印证，以期对提升装配式公租房施工管理水平有所帮助。

Abstract：Starting from the analysis of the difficulties in the construction management of prefabricated public rental housing and the advantages and characteristics of BIM technology application，this paper expounds the main application aspects，specific application process and application organization guarantee of BIM technology in the construction management stage of prefabricated public rental housing，and takes Beijing Yanbao Majuqiao Homestead Project as an example to verify，so as to help improve the construction management level of prefabricated public rental housing.
