摘要：以巴基斯坦拉合尔轨道交通橙线项目为例，介绍联营体模式下境外EPC项目组织结构管理模式的特点，然后从EPC总承包商组织结构角度阐述联营体模式的责权、机制和职责等要素，最后提出联营体模式下优化EPC项目管理组织结构的具体措施，从而为中国企业“走出去”提供借鉴。

Abstract：Taking the Lahore rail transit orange line project as an example，this paper introduces the characteristics of organization structure management model of overseas EPC project under joint venture model.Then，from the point of view of EPC contractor organizational structure，expounds the responsibility，right，mechanism and responsibility of joint venture model. Finally，puts forward the concrete measures of optimizing project management organizational structure，which provide reference for Chinese enterprises “go out”.
