建筑节能与低碳建筑

[摘 要] 综述了中国所面对的温室气体减排形势,指出建筑节能是实现碳减排的基础,建筑节能也需要向低碳建筑发展。低碳建筑需要实质性节能。就实现实质性节能提出几项技术措施,并概述了低碳建筑的建筑形态和特点。

Abstract: The paper summarizes the situation of greenhouse gas emissions that the China are facing, points out that building energy efficiency is the basis for achieving carbon reduction, but building energy efficiency also needs to develop to the low-carbon building. The low-carbon building needs substantial energy savings. This paper proposes several technical measures to achieve substantial energy savings, and an overview of low-carbon buildings' architectural form and features.
