摘要：以PPP项目全过程风险管理为例，阐释PPP项目全过程风险管理要点，分析全过程风险管理中存在的问题，并从构建决策制定制度、加强与地方政府的沟通、设立独立PPP业务部门、完善项目合同规定内容、提升公司财务核算水平等方面给出对策建议，以期为PPP项目风险管理提供参考。

Abstract：Taking the whole process risk management of PPP project as an example，this paper expounds the key points of risk management in the whole process of PPP project，analyzes the problems existing in the whole process risk management. From the aspects of establishing decision-making system，strengthening communication with local government，setting up independent PPP business department，improving the content of project contract and improving the financial accounting level of the company and other aspects，gives countermeasures and suggestions，in order to provide reference for PPP project risk management.
