摘要：分析勘察设计企业业务与财务管理现状，进而基于业财融合视角，阐述勘察设计企业管理转型的方案和实践内容，实践内容包括投标管理、合同管理、生产管理、收费管理、外协管理、成本管理、领导管控等七大部分，最后从人才培养、标杆学习、稳步推进等三个方面提出业财融合的可行建议。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the current status of exploration and design corporations’ business and financial management. Then，based on the perspective of finance business partnering，elaborates the plan and practice content of exploration and design corporations’ management transformation. The practice content includes bidding management，contract management，production management，charging management，outsourcing management，cost management，leadership management and control. Finally，puts forward feasible suggestions from three aspects of talent training，benchmark learning and steady promoting.
