[摘　要]　通过对青岛、长沙等城市建筑劳务分包市场的调查分析，结合我国建筑劳务分包市场现状，总结出了我国建筑劳务分包市场存在的一系列问题，并对症下药，提出了培育发展我国建筑劳务分包市场的政策性建议。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the problems of construction labor subcontract market by investigating the construction labor markets in the cities of Qingdao and Changsha, gives some advices in cultivating and developing the subcontract market aiming at all the problems. It can guide the subcontract market to be harmonious and efficient.
