摘要:随着我国城市轨道交通行业的发展,BIM技术被越来越多的企业采用,合理的BIM技术应用管理模式可显著提高项目管理效率和质量。通过梳理BIM技术的特点、轨道交通工程中BIM技术应用管理模式的现状,结合青岛地铁集团在BIM技术应用管理的实践经验,提出一套由建设单位主导的BIM技术应用的管理模式,总结其管理组织架构和应用要点,期望为BIM技术在城市轨道交通行业中的推广应用和健康发展
提供参考。

Abstract:With the development of China’s urban rail transit industry,BIM technology has been adopted by more and more enterprises. Rational BIM technology application management mode can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of project management. By combing the characteristics of BIM technology and the status quo of BIM technology application management mode in rail transit projects,and combining the practical experience of Qingdao Metro Group in BIM technology application management,the paper proposes a set of management mode of BIM technology application led by the construction unit,and summarizes its management organization structure and application key points,hopes to privide reference for the promotion and application of BIM technology in the urban rail transit industry and its healthy development.
