摘要:分析BIM技术在运维管理中的应用优势,构建BIM运维信息数据库,选择采用基于改进型RCM的运维决策方法,设计构建嵌入BIM技术的运维管理系统,并以内蒙古科技大学工程实训中心为例,对建筑设备日常运维、突发事件处置和能耗管控中BIM技术的应用进行实例介绍。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the application advantages of BIM technology in operation and maintenance management,constructs the BIM operation and maintenance information database,chooses to adopt the operation and maintenance decision-making method based on the improved RCM,designs and constructs the operation and maintenance management system embedded with BIM technology. Then takes the engineering training center of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology as an example to analyze the BIM Technology in the daily operation and maintenance of building equipment,emergency disposal and energy consumption control.
