摘要：对杭州部分已建地铁项目车站土建工程造价指标和各分部分项指标进行比较与分析，探讨主要材料价格、围护形式、基底加固方式对车站工程造价的影响，找出影响车站投资的关键因素和可采取的措施，为合理控制和确定车站工程造价提供参考。

Abstract：This paper compares and analyzes the cost indexes and some sub-item indexes of civil engineering cost of some stations in Hangzhou metro. Discusses the influence of the price of main materials，the form of building enclosure and the way of base reinforcement on the cost of station engineering，finds out the key factors and the measures of affecting and controlling the investment of station，provides reference for the reasonable control and determination of the cost of station engineering.
