摘要：项目选址是城市更新建设活动的重要环节，基于“空间绩效”确立了评估体系“空间效益、空间效率、空间公平”三大评估内容，构建由“经济发展、社会发展、环境保护、空间结构、资源配置”5个准则层以及21个具体可测算指标构成的评估框架，以区域更新的协调程度作为评估输出，并制定协调性标准。在此基础上，以杭州市为例进行验证，为城市更新项目选址评估提供参考。

Abstract：The project site selection is an important part of urban renewal construction activities. Based on the “spatial performance”，the paper establishes the three evaluation contents of evaluation system，named “spatial benefit，spatial efficiency，and spatial equity”，and construct evaluation system of “economic development，social development，environmental protection，spatial structure，resource allocation” 5 criteria layers and 21 specific measurable indicators constitute an evaluation framework，takes the coordination degree of regional renewal as the evaluation output，and formulates the coordination standard. On this basis，takes Hangzhou city as an example for verification，provides reference for the site selection evaluation of urban renewal projects.
