摘要：政府投资代建制项目管理层次结构发生了变化，主体冲突的成因和演化过程有其自身的特点。通过分析代建项目主体冲突的关系，揭示冲突发生的根源和发展运动规律；结合实际案例，深入剖析项目建设全过程各阶段常见主体冲突对绩效目标的影响，探讨代建项目主体冲突协调管理的思路和方法。

Abstract：The management hierarchy structure of agent construction project invested by government has changed，the cause of the main conflict and evolution process has its own characteristics. By analyzing the relationship between agent construction project main body conflict，this paper reveals the origin of conflict and the law of development movement. Combined with the actual case，analyzes the influence of the common subject conflict on the performance objectives in each stage of the whole process of project construction，and discusses the ideas and methods of coordination management of agent construction project subject conflict.
