摘要：主要运用近年经济统计数据，从产业规模和效益、需求收入弹性、固定资产投资、产业影响力系数和感应度系数、市场需求、劳动就业和国际市场等评价指标，对建筑业的支柱产业地位和作用进行实证分析。并对建筑业发展过程中存在的问题和解决方案进行了初步探讨。

Abstract：This paper gives an empirical analysis of the satus and role of China’s construction industry as a pillar industry by the economic statistics of recent years，from the industrial scale and benefits，demand income elasticity，fixed asset investment，industrial influence coefficient and induction coefficient，market demand，labor and employment，and international market，etc. And discusses the problems and solutions in the development of the construction industry.
