摘要：在比较分析两种常用信度指标——肯德尔协同系数、克龙巴赫α系数及其用于项目社会稳定风险评估的技术路线的基础上，分析项目社会稳定风险评估的问卷调查类型及其特征，针对小容量均质调查和大容量非均值调查，分别探讨其与两种常用信度指标的匹配性。以福建省的两条道路建设项目社会稳定风险评估为例，分别探讨小容量均质调查匹配肯德尔协同系数及大容量非均值调查匹配克龙巴赫α系数的风险因素权重确定方法优选方案。

Abstract：Based on two common reliability indexes namend the Kendall Synergy Coefficient and Krombach coefficient，together with their application technical routes in evaluating risk of construction project，the paper analyzes the type of questionnaire investigation of social stability risk estimation of construction project and their characteristics. For small capacity homogeneous survey and large capacity non mean survey，discusses the matching between them. Taking the social stability risk assessment of two road construction projects in Fujian province as an example，discusses the optimized risk factor weight determination method of small capacity homogeneous survey
matching Kendall synergy coefficient and large volume non mean survey matching Cronbach α coefficient.
