摘要：采用超越对数生产函数和随机前沿分析联合分析方法，对31省市自治区2011-2017年间建筑业的面板数据进行统计分析并测算其技术效率。通剖析建筑业技术效率及其影响因素，为探索建筑业现代化的发展模式提供理论依据。

Abstract：Combining the two of the stochastic frontier method and beyond the logarithmic production function，the paper conducts a statistical analysis of the panel data of the construction industry in 31 provinces，municipalities and autonomous regions in the country from 2011 to 2017 and measures its technical efficiency.Through analysis and research on the technical efficiency of the construction industry to improve the influence of the construction industry in the national economy，it provides important theoretical and practical value for exploring the development model of the modernization of the construction industry.
