摘要：从EPC模式下装配式建筑工程质量管理思路剖释入手，构建BIM技术引领的EPC模式下装配式建筑质量管理信息化集成体系，分别针对设计、采购和施工三个阶段提出质控策略和措施，并以南京市丁家庄二期保障房项目为例进行印证分析，为建筑企业强化装配式建筑质量管理提供参考。

Abstract：Starting from the analysis of the quality management ideas of prefabricated building project under EPC model，this paper constructs the information integration system of prefabricated building project quality management under the EPC model led by BIM technology，puts forward the quality control strategies and measures for the three stages of design，procurement and construction respectively. Finally，takes the second phase of Dingjiazhuang security housing project in Nanjing as an example to verify and analyze the quality management system and strategies，so as to provide references for construction enterprises to strengthen the quality management of prefabricated buildings.
