[摘　要]　采用典型抽样法从2001年至2007年ENR TOP 225家国际承包商中分别选取ENR TOP 10（标准组）和CHINA TOP 10（试验组）进行海外专业市场经营对比分析，发现在国际市场上前者的平均盈利能力是后者的8～13倍；同时应用偏差斜率测度历年两者海外市场承包额差距值相对于全球承包额差距值的变化率，结果发现该变化率成扩大趋势，这表明CHINA TOP 10正在扩大与ENR TOP 10的国际化差距。

Abstract: In this paper, a typical sampling method is used to select ENR TOP 10 (standard group) and CHINA TOP 10 (test group) of ENR TOP 225 international contractors from2001 to 2007, and it finds the average profitability of the former is more eight to thirteen times than the latter in the international market through carrying out comparative analysis of overseas professional market operators. At the same time, deviation of the slope is used to measure the rate of change of the gap between the value of contracts of overseas markets in relation to the amount of the global gap over the years, and finds the change rate is widening, which shows that CHINA TOP 10 is expanding the gap with the internationalization of ENR TOP 10.
