摘要：基于过程管理理论，结合建筑工程过程分解与成本控制逻辑结构，将建筑工程分解为投标环节、施工准备环节、施工环节以及竣工环节，然后介绍每个阶段的成本控制方法，以实现对建筑项目成本的全过程控制。以某综合建筑为例，应用上述成本控制方法，结果显示该工程的实际建设成本比计划成本低。

Abstract：Based on the process management theory，this paper combines the construction engineering process decomposition and cost control logic structure to decompose the construction project into four stages of bidding，construction preparation，construction，and completion，then introduces the cost control method of each stage，so as to achieve the entire process control of the construction project cost. Taking a comprehensive building as a case，applies the above cost control method，the results show that after applying the above cost control method，the actual construction cost of the project is lower than the planned cost.
