摘要：结合政府投资项目管理体制背景和卫生项目管理现状，分析卫生工程项目管理中目前缺少规范化管理标准、缺少过程中评价和指标覆盖范围不全等问题。然后从项目过程绩效的“事中评价”及其动态控制方面，构建适合卫生工程的项目管理成熟度评价指标体系，确定对应于最佳实践的等级评价方法，系统设计评价流程，为未来卫生工程项目管理提供参考。

Abstract：Under the background of government-invested project management system and current healthcare project management situation，the paper analyzes several issues exsit in healthcare construction project management currently，such as lack of standardized management measures，in-process evaluation and conplete index coverage，etc. From project process performance evaluation and dynamic control，builds the management maturity evaluation index system suitable for healthcare construction projects，determines grade evaluation method corresponding best practice and systematically designs evaluation process，in order to provide reference for healthcare construction project management in future.
