摘要:概述基建项目的价值链的定义、模型、成本管控体系,以肯尼亚LKMN工程项目为例,深入探讨价值链管理在大型海外基建项目降本增效的具体应用,包括组织结构重构、人力资源管理、分包商管理、设备和物资管理、合同变更索赔等,以期能够为大型海外基建项目的成本管控提供新的管理思路和方法。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the definition,model,and cost control system of the value chain. Taking the LKMNport project in Kenya as an example,analyzes the implementation path of value chain in cost reduction and performance improvementof large overseas infrastructure projects,including organizational structure reconstruction,and humanresource management,subcontractor management,equipment and material management,contract change claims,etc.,in order to providenew management methods for the cost control of large overseas infrastructure projects.
