摘要：自开展工程建设项目审批制度改革工作一年多来，各试点地区在完成国家统一部署的基础上又形成了不一样的特色。总结改革工作成效显著、经验方法屡受推广的南京市、厦门市、浙江省和北京市的改革历程和特点，并根据国家进一步开展改革工作的要求，针对当前审批过程中存在的时长简单压缩、流程再造受阻、信息流转不畅、监管被动滞后等不足，从精准控制时限、重视法治优位、加强数据治理和加速政府转
型方面提出下一步改革的启示及建议。

Abstract：More than one year since the reform of the approval system for engineering construction projects，various pilot regions have formed different characteristics on the basis of completing the unified deployment of the country.
