摘要:通过梳理传统工程算量存在的问题,结合对我国电力工程现行的定额计价模式以及工程量清单计价模式的分析,建立输变电工程基于BIM的工程算量及造价技术体系。明确基于BIM技术的输变电工程成本预算信息及进度管理信息需求,在构件单元与其量、价之间建立直接关系。借助Revit平台和二次开发技术,结合“新夫110千伏输变电”工程,以我国电力建设工程定额工程量计算规则为依据,开发出自动统计工程量的插件,实现输变电工井构件的工程量自动统计。

Abstract:By sorting out the problems existing in the traditional engineering calculation,combining with the analysis of the current quota pricing model and bill of quantities pricing model in China,establishes the quantity calculation and cost technical system of power transmission and transformation engineering based on BIM. Then,clarifies the demand of cost budget information and schedule management information based on BIM,builds the direct relationships between components and their quantity and price. Finally,with the help of Revit platform and secondary development technology,combining with the “Xinfu 110 KV transmission and transformation” project,develops a plug-in for automatic engineering statistics,and realizes the automatic engineering quantity statistics of work,based on the rules for the calculation of fixed quantities in China’s electric power engineering construction.
