[摘　要]　为了提升PMC模式在我国工程建设领域的规范化运作水平，应由政府培育适应PMC模式进一步推广与发展壮大的宏观环境，行业协会发挥联系政府与企业的桥梁与纽带作用，工程公司尽快转变经营理念，加大技术创新力度，培养专业人才队伍，建立健全项目管理体系。

Abstract: For improving the construction market standardization of PMC in our country, the government should cultivate micro enviorment for the development of this mode, the associations play a role of communicating government with enterprises, engineering enterprises change their operation idea to increasing technology creation, organizing professional personnel and establishing project management system as soon as possible.
