摘要：分析澜沧江－湄公河流域国家电力工程计价方法的特点，比较澜沧江－湄公河流域国家电力工程计价方法的差异。提出我国电力企业应进一步加快建立企业定额、全面评估国外计价风险、合理配置国内外资源投入、综合分析国内外价格水平差异等四方面策略，以期助力我国电力企业适应国际化竞争。

Abstract：By analyzing the characteristics of the valuation method of Power Engineering in LancangMekong Basin countries，the paper compares the differences of the Valuation method in Lancang-Mekong Basin countries，and proposes four strategies，such as Chinese power enterprises should further speed up the establishment of enterprise quotas，comprehensive assessing foreign valuation risk，reasonably allocating domestic and foreign resources，comprehensively analyzing price level differences at domestic and foreign，in order to help Chinese power enterprises adapt to international competition.
