摘要：在揭示我国推行租金管制政策现状的基础上，梳理管制范围的确定、允许的最高租金水平的确定、租期内房屋修缮及维护等成本的分摊方式确定等国际经验的基础上，提出我国推行租金管制的政策建议。

Abstract：On the basis of revealing the current situation of rent control policy in China，the paper combs the international experience，such as the determination of the scope of control，the determination of the maximum allowable rent level，and the determination of the allocation method of housing repair and maintenance costs within the lease term，puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of rent control policy in China.
