摘要：通过文献研究、专家访谈和问卷调查法归纳识别出我国建筑业推行EPC模式的13个主要制约因素，采用Grey-DEMATEL法分析各制约因素间的因果关系及重要性，并在此基础上分析各因素的敏感性。结果表明：EPC相关法律法规不完善、工程咨询监理与EPC总承包的要求不匹配是原因因素，业主的意愿是结果因素，缺乏EPC模式下的复合型人才和管理团队是关键的制约因素，并据此提出相关措施建议以促进
其推行。

Abstract：The paper identifies thirteen major constraints on the implementation of the EPC model in China’s construction industry through literature research，expert interviews，and questionnaire surveys. Uses the GreyDEMATEL method to conduct causal relationships and importance studies on each constraint，and make sensitivity analysis. The results show that the incomplete laws and regulations related to EPC，and the mismatch between the requirements of engineering consulting and EPC general contracting are the causal factors，owner’s will is the result factor，the lack of complex talents and management teams under the EPC model is the key constraint. On the basis，uts forward relevant measures and suggestions to promote its implementation.
