摘要：当前，我国房地产调控面临着许多新的挑战。通过梳理分析我国房地产市场的现有基础，回顾房地产调控的历史脉络，总结房地产调控过程中存在的问题，进而从政策的连续性与市场的稳定性上考虑房地产调控的走向，由此提出相关的政策建议。

Abstract：China’s real estate regulation is facing many challenges. This paper analyzes the existing basis of China’s real estate market，reviews the historical context of real estate regulation，summarizes the existing problems in the process of real estate regulation，and then considers the trend of real estate regulation from the continuity of policy and the stability of the market，and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
