摘要：分析一般集中采购存在的问题以及创新需求，然后论述集中采购在组织、流程、运营机制等方面的创新，以及加强供应链管理、引入供应链金融推动的集中采购升级，最后总结JG集团基于供应链的集中采购创新模式的基本思路及其成效。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the existing problems and innovation demands of general centralized procurement，discusses the innovation from the organization，process and operation mechanism of centralized procurement，and the upgrading of centralized procurement by strengthening supply chain management，introducing supply chain finance. Finally summarizes the basic ideas and effects of JG group’s innovative mode of centralized procurement based on supply chain.
