摘要：重点探讨国有多元化企业集团下施工企业的发展模式，在深入分析各种发展模式的方案、路径与措施、重要风险点及主控制方法的基础上，提出合法分包、增资扩股和引进国有战略投资者等三种发展路径，期望为国有施工企业的发展提供有益参考。

Abstract：This article emphasizes on the three styles of state-owned construction enterprises in a multiplebusiness group. On the base of analyzing the solutions，paths，arrangements，main risks and key controls methods for each style，proposes three development paths named legal-in subcontractor，increasing in equity financing，and introduction of state-owned strategic investors，hopes to provide useful reference for the development of state-owned construction enterprises.
