摘要：在分析工程造价专业发展现状的基础上，从依法治国、维护社会公平正义和建筑业健康持续发展三个角度阐明发展工程造价专业造价鉴定方向的必要性。然后，从造价鉴定的本质、属性和特征与专业技能、职业道德、创新型人才培养的对应关系，阐明发展造价鉴定方向对工程造价专业高质量发展的意义。提出“工程造价+法学”的工程造价专业鉴定方向发展路径，“德法才兼修”的工程造价鉴定人才培养对策。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the development status of engineering cost major，expounds the necessity about development cost appraisal direction of engineering cost major from the three perspectives，such as，ruling the country by law，maintaining social fairness and justice，and the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry. Then expounds the value about developing cost appraisal direction of engineering cost major from the relationship between the cultivation of cost appraisal talents and the high-quality development of engineering cost major form three dimension including in the nature，attribute and characteristics of cost appraisal，and also including in requirements for appraisers about profession，morality，legal system and innovation. Finally，puts forward the path of developing cost appraisal direction of engineering cost major，and the countermeasures of the cultivation of engineering cost appraisal talents with the combination of “moral business”，“legal business” and “talent”.
