摘要：分析建筑企业管理体系的建设与运行状况，然后从管理思路一致性、管理内容相似性两方面阐述管理体系融合的可行性，结合隧道股份实践经验，从集团和子公司层面介绍有关管理体系整合工作的探索，有关实践和总结可供同类型企业集团参考和借鉴。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the construction and operation of management system of construction enterprises，and then elaborates the possibility of the integration of management system from two aspects of consistency of management ideas and similarity of management contents. Combined with the practical experience of STEC，introduces the exploration of management system integration from the group and subsidiary levels. The relevant practice and summary can be used for reference for the enterprise groups of the same type.
