摘要：基于建筑业高质量发展的内涵和目标，构建建筑业高质量发展水平测度指标体系，对陕西省建筑业高质量发展水平进行测度。研究表明：（1）陕西省建筑业高质量发展水平总体呈上升趋势，主要得益于建筑业经济与效益的提升；（2）陕西省建筑业发展创新性、绿色性、产业结构的优化是未来改进的主要方向，应从夯实建筑业发展基础开始，优化发展方式，增强发展动力，形成建筑业产业集群，以促进建筑业更高质量发展。

Abstract：Based on the connotation and objective of high quality development of construction industry，the paper constructs a measuring system for high-quality development of construction industry，analyzes the high-quality development level of the construction industry in Shaanxi province. The results show that：（1）the development level of construction industry in Shaanxi province is on the rise，which is due to the improvement of economy and benefit of construction industry.（2）Innovation，sustainability，optimization of industrial structure are the main directions for the high-quality development of construction industry in Shaanxi province. In order to promote the construction industry higher quality development，Shaanxi province should tamp the foundation of construction industry，optimize its development mode，enhance the driving force for development and form industrial cluster of construction industry.
