摘要：以浙江输变电工程全过程工程咨询试点为例，探索研究相关模式和机制的改革与创新。总结试点工程实践成效，对突出的实际问题进行探讨并给出建议，为电网企业开展全过程工程咨询提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract：This article takes whole-process engineering consulting pilot for transmission and transformation projects in Zhejiang province as an example，explores the reform and innovation of related models and mechanisms，summarizes the effectiveness of the pilot project. Discusses and gives suggestions for highlighting practical issues，provides reference for grid companies to carry out the whole process engineering consultation.
