摘要:结合广东省建科建筑设计院开展的8个项目,介绍设计方牵头的EPC项目开展情况以及在组织、经济、管理、技术及党建等多方面采取的针对性措施。然后分析设计方牵头的EPC项目实践中遇到的问题及其相应的对策和建议,供同行参考。

Abstract:Combined with eight EPC projects carried out by Jianke Architecture Design Institute,this paper introduces the implementation of EPC project led by the design institute,as well as many targeted measures taken in many aspects,including organization,economy,management,technology and party building. Then,analyzes the problems encountered in EPC project practice and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,which can be used for reference by peers.
