摘要：根据《中央定价目录》和各省（自治区、直辖市）地方定价目录总结出由政策风险导致的可调价材料范围，同时采用ABC分类法，结合案例和各地行政主管部门发布的规范性文件以及造价期刊进行充分研究，给出由市场风险导致的可调价材料范围。通过对政策风险和市场风险这两方面的研究，给出建设工程施工合同中可调价材料范围。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the range of adjustable materials caused by policy risk according to the central pricing catalogue and the local land pricing catalogue of provinces（autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government），and adopts the ABC classification method，combining cases，the cost journal and normative documents issued by local administrative departments to make a full study to give the range of adjustable materials caused by market risk. Based on the research of policy risk and market risk，gives
the range of adjustable materials in construction contract.
