[摘　要]　简单介绍了工程结算中的价差和价差调整，建立了计算价差调整费用的数学模型，并基于此模型对工程价款“价差调整”进行了探讨。

Abstract: In this paper, price difference and the price difference adjustment in the project settlement cost are introduced simply. It establishes the mathematical model of price difference adjustment expense and discusses the price difference adjustment based on this model.
