摘要：针对现有的村镇基础设施配建供给与乡村振兴、农村发展需求之间的矛盾，借鉴发达国家村镇基础设施建设经验和我国绿色生态居住小区相关标准对基础设施配建的要求，通过对我国三个气候区14个小镇、18个乡村基础设施需求的调研，分析绿色宜居村镇应予以供应的基础设施类型和功能要求，围绕重点突破乡村整洁、清洁能源、生态宜居目标，从村镇道路交通、能源、供水、排水、环境卫生、邮电通讯和公共服务等七个方面，初步提出分级满足功能要求的配建体系，供绿色宜居村镇基础设施建设研究参考。

Abstract：In view of the contradiction between the existing supply of infrastructure of villages and towns and rural revitalization，rural development demand，based on the experience of developed countries in infrastructure construction of villages and towns，the requirements of relevant standards of green ecological residential quarters in China for infrastructure construction and the investigation on the infrastructure needs of 14 towns and 18 villages in three climatic regions of China，this paper analyzes the types and functional requirements of infrastructure that should be provided by green livable villages and towns. Focusing on the goal of rural cleanliness，clean energy and ecological livability，puts forward a construction system of different levels that can meet the functional requirements of villages and towns from road traffic，energy，water supply，drainage，environmental sanitation，post and telecommunications and public service，provides reference for the research of infrastructure construction of green livable villages and towns.
