摘要：分析保障房项目运营管理特点及后期应用BIM技术的价值，以北京某公租房项目为例，设计开发基于BIM技术的保障房智能运营云平台，并阐述平台的系统架构、主要功能等，以期为类似项目智慧化运营提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the operation and management characteristics of public housing project and the value of applying BIM technology in the later stage，and takes a public rental housing project in Beijing as an example，designs and develops a cloud platform for the intelligent operation of public housing based on BIM technology，and expounds the system architecture and main functions of the platform，hoping to provide references for the intelligent operation of similar projects.
