摘要：传统设计方法在前期方案设计阶段很难为工程造价提供充分的数据进行概算，导致以造价控制为导向的建筑方案优化设计难度大、效率低。以Revit软件为基础，结合国内计价规范，通过算量模式优选和流程优化，建立工程造价控制导向下建筑方案的优化设计框架和具体方法，并用实例进行验证研究，给造价控制与方案优化结合提供新思路。

Abstract：It is difficult for traditional design methods to provide sufficient data for project cost estimation in the architectural design stage，which makes it difficult and inefficient to optimize the cost-control-oriented design. Based on Revit software，combined with the domestic standard of pricing，through the selection of calculation mode and process optimization，this paper establishes the optimization design framework and specific method of cost-control-oriented design，and carries out the verification and research with an example，which provides a new idea for the combination of cost control and program optimization.
