摘要：以解决目前我国对PPP项目绩效指标体系标准化架构之急需为目标，就PPP项目绩效指标体系标准化架构的建立进行研究，提出制定标准化的绩效指标层级、指标编码和指标清单，并以绩效指标清单作为搭设PPP项目绩效指标体系架构的基本元素，将绩效指标清单按规则组成格式化的表格，以此形成PPP项目绩效指标体系标准化架构，示例表明，此方法是行之有效的。

Abstract：Aiming at meeting the urgent need for the standardized structure of the PPP project performance indicator system in China，the paper studies the establishment of a standardized framework for PPP project performance indicator system. Establishes a standardized performance indicator level，an indicator code，and an indicator list and takes the indicator list as the basic element to establish the structure of PPP project performance indicator system，which is formatted into tables according to rules to form a standardized structure of the PPP project performance indicator system. Proves this method is effective with cases.
