摘要：在分析EPC项目群定义、特点和与单项目对比难点的基础上，通过沙特阿美EPC项目群管理实践，从组织构架、设计管理、采购管理和施工管理等方面阐述管理实践创新做法，以期总结国际EPC项目群管理的经验。

Abstract：This paper makes the analysis of the definition and characteristics of the EPC program management and difficulties compared with single project management. Based on the Saudi Aramco EPC project practice，expounds the innovative management practices from the aspects of organizational structure，design management，procurement management，and construction management innovation，in order to summarize the experience of international EPC project management.
