摘要：总结我国造价咨询行业的发展现状，从发展规划意识、竞争环境、职业功能、业务服务范围、创新意愿方面剖析造价咨询企业发展存在的问题。在全过程工程咨询背景下，提出造价咨询企业的对策建议，包括重视发展规划作用、积极参与综合性工程咨询、参与全过程工程咨询产业链整合、拓展市场发展空间等。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the current development situation of cost consulting enterprises in China，and analyzes the problems existing in the development of cost consulting enterprises from the aspects of development planning consciousness，competitive environment，professional function，business service scope and innovation willingness. Under the background of whole process engineering consulting，expounds the countermeasures and suggestions of cost consultation enterprises，including attaching importance to the role of development planning，actively participating in comprehensive engineering consultation，participating in the integration of the whole process consultation industry chain，expanding the market development space，etc.
