摘要：以我国公共租赁住房与澳大利亚的公共住房为研究对象，介绍和讨论双方在角色与定位、目标人群、规划分布、建筑形式及户型和更新策略方面的异同。在总结澳大利亚公共住房成功经验的基础上，结合我国公共租赁住房的实际制度与面临的困境，从定位、保障策略和建设模式等角度为完善我国城市住房体系提供有益的借鉴和启示。

Abstract：Taking the public rental housing of China and public housing in Australia as the research object，this paper describes and compares their role and positioning，target groups，planning and building forms，and renewal strategies. According to successful experience of public housing of Australia，provides useful reference and enlightenment for improving China’s housing security system from the perspectives of positioning，housing security policies and construction mode.
