摘要：通过文献分析开发PPP合作伙伴评价指标对绩效影响的测量量表，运用问卷调查及SPSS路径分析，构建PPP合作伙伴评价指标对项目绩效的影响模型。研究表明：力量投入、技术能力、管理能力和安全环保对PPP项目绩效具有直接显著正向影响；工程经验通过技术能力间接正向作用于项目绩效；社会声誉的过度激励对企业财务状况具有反向影响。

Abstract：Through literature analysis，this paper develops the measure scale of the impact of PPP partner evaluation indicators on performance，and uses questionnaire survey and SPSS path analysis to build the impact model of PPP partner indicators on project performance. The results show that，strength input，technical ability，management ability and safety and environmental protection have a directly marked impact on PPP project performance，engineering experience has a acted indirectly on project performance through technical ability，over excitation of social reputation has an opposite impact on financial condition of enterprise.
