摘要：有针对性地从片区规划设计、投融资管理、运营管理及产业发展服务方面分析建筑企业参与城市综合开发PPP项目时需具备的能力，并阐述几点思考，以期为建筑企业参与城市开发项目提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the capacity of construction enterprises to participate in urban comprehensive development PPP project from the aspects of regional planning and design，investment and financing management，operation management and industrial development services，and expounds some thoughts，in order to provide references for construction enterprises to participate in urban development projects.
