摘要：以典型市政供水工程全过程工程咨询为例，介绍该项目咨询的实施内容与过程，分析前期、设计、施工与试运行几个环节的咨询要点，并进一步对咨询的目标统一、控制性提升、条件确定、设计施工采购深度融合、以全局思维解决问题等特点进行论述，最后从制度优化、技术提升、人才培养及模式创新方面提出发展全过程工程咨询的建议，期望为同业从事全过程工程咨询提供参考与启迪。

Abstract：Through the whole process consultation of a typical municipal water supply project，this article introduces the content and process of the whole process consultation，expounds the consultation key points of the preliminary stage，design，construction and trial operation，then discusses the characteristics of the consultation，such as the unity of objectives，the improvement of control，the determination of conditions，deep integration of design，construction and procurement，the solution of problems and difference with global thought. Finally，proposes some suggestions on the system optimization，technology promotion，personnel training and model innovation of the whole process consultation，hopes to provides reference for the peers engaged inthe whole process consultation.
