摘要：针对PC构件在设计和生产阶段信息化程度低、参与方沟通协调效率低下、各阶段数据传递割裂等问题，提出基于BIM的POP集成方法，该方法从产品、组织、流程三个维度对设计、深化设计和生产阶段的信息进行集成。以武汉某装配式建筑项目为例，应用基于BIM的Planbar设计软件和TIM集成平台，介绍从设计到生产阶段的信息集成管理实践，为PC构件设计和生产的精细化提供参考。

Abstract：There are problems in the design and production stages of PC components，including low level of informationization，inefficient communication and coordination among participants，and fragmentation of data transmission at various stages. This paper proposes a BIM-based POP integration method，which integrates the information of design，in-depth design and production stages from three dimensions of product，organization and process. In addition，takes an assembly project in Wuhan as an example and introduces the practice of information integration management from design to production stage by using BIM-based Planbar design software and TIM integration platform，aiming to provide reference for PC component design and production refinement.
