摘要：建筑信息模型（BIM）的发展正在改变传统的造价管理模式，运用BIM技术的交互性、高效信息协同平台在建设工程全过程进行科学合理的造价管理，探讨其在工程造价管理实施的适宜性，并就国内目前建设工程全过程造价管理实践中存在的问题提出改进建议。

Abstract：The evolution of Building Information Modelling（BIM）is changing the traditional cost management mode. The paper uses the visualization and efficient information collaboration platform with BIM technology to carry out scientific and reasonable cost management in the entire process of construction projects，and to explore its suitability in the implementation of construction cost management. Proposes improvement suggestions on the problems in the current construction project cost management practice in China.
