基于改进Shapley值的PPP项目利益分配研究

摘要:为合理分配PPP项目合作利益,基于合作博弈理论,以PPP项目所带来的社会和经济效益两方面的利益为分配总值,结合不确定AHP和集对分析法对资源投入、风险分担、实际贡献三个利益分配影响因素权重进行修正,构建改进Shapley值的利益分配模型。最后通过实例验证模型的有效性,为协调各主体间利益分配问题提供一种有效的方法。关键词:PPP项目;利益分配;不确定AHP;Shapley值法Abstract:In order to reasonably distribute the cooperative benefits of PPP project,this paper is based on cooperative game theory,taking the social and economic benefits brought by PPP project as the total value of distribution,and modifies the weights of three factors named resource input,risk sharing and actual contribution by uncertain AHP and set pair analysis method,constructs an interest distribution model with improved Shapley value. Finally,verifies the model by an example,provides an effective method for coordinating the problem of interest distribution among various subjects.Keywords:PPP project;profit distribution;uncertain AHP;Shapley value method参考文献[1] Viegas J M.
