摘要：回顾争端裁决（DAB）出现前单一的争端解决机制，DRB对DAB的影响，以及DAB对争端解决的贡献及不足。在此基础上，通过对FIDIC（2017）索赔和DAAB条款的分析，以及该条款在纠纷预防、索赔程序、索赔证据与时效等方面的论证，认为FIDIC的最新发展进一步强调了DAAB争端解决机制的重要性，明确了预防争端发生的环节，在争端解决处理上融入证据与时效理念，使FIDIC争端解决机制更加完善。

Abstract：This paper reviews the single dispute settlement mechanism before the emergence of DAB，the influence of DRB on DAB，and the contribution and deficiency of DAB to dispute settlement. Thereof，based on the FIDIC（2017）claims and the DAAB clause analysis，and discussions on such prevention，claim procedures and terms in the dispute，claim evidence and limitation of reasoning，it is believed that the latest development of FIDIC further emphasizes the importance of the DAAB dispute settlement mechanism，clarifies the link of preventing disputes，and further integrates the concept of legal evidence and limitation in dispute settlement，makes FIDIC more perfect in dispute settlement.
