摘要：费用编码体系是电网工程造价数据规范中的重要组成部分。以南网公司的工程造价数据规范为例，针对费用编码体系的应用现状、存在问题以及信息化发展趋势进行梳理分析，提出现有电网工程造价数据规范费用编码体系的改进方案。通过案例验证该费用编码体系的可行性，从而为电网工程造价数据规范费用编码体系的标准化构建提供借鉴，以利于工程造价信息的交流与共享，促进编码体系的深入推广应用。

Abstract：The cost coding system is an important part of the specification of grid engineering cost data. This paper takes the project cost data specifications of China Southern Power Grid Corporation as research samples，combs and analyzes the application status，existing problems，and information development trends of the cost coding system，and proposes an improvement plan of the existing power grid project cost data specifications and cost coding system. Case verification shows the feasibility of the cost coding system，which can provide a reference for the standardized construction of the cost coding system for power grid engineering cost data，which is beneficial to the exchange and sharing of engineering cost information，and promotes the in-depth promotion and application of the coding system.
